i've already done it from lvl 20-35.
i moved to each district too.
it's kinda cool to see who you can and cant beat.

Assuming 5,000 active players. You'll probably be able to beat half. Without jail time + hosp time. Your looking at maybe 60 peolpe a day.

5,000/60 = 83.3 days. Nearly a month and a half without gym trains.

If you had the money to spend on stims, nimbus and energy refreshes and creds to get out of jail you could prolly do 2 every minute on average. That would make 2880 in a 24 hour period. Im sure with the first few hundred lower levels you could easily do 4 or so a minute.
