I play another game and the way they deal with it is everyone on the same ip has to be a money donator not a donator cuz of credits real money and two accts only no more. period prob solved. and if you are a paid donator and you go to someone elses house that plays doesnt matter ip acct sharing done. no excuses.

Incorrect assumption to make. There are a lot of things we track, IP is just the first step.

The original poster decided to post here while frustrated. I'm sad to see her go. I wish she didn't take a shot at Err when she left, but them's the breaks.

If you think someone is cheating, you really need to inform Err immediately. At times, our tracking is insufficient to monitor a particular situation. In cases like these we add additional logging features to monitor things. Please don't expect an immediate resolution, because sometimes the research takes several days.

I'd guesstimate 10% of all cheaters are caught by the community. It's vital that the community helps out.

Sharing IPs isn't the end-all of tracking cheaters. If it were, we'd be missing a lot of active players.
