That's why I added the other rule.

Plus, the first few scams were case where he said he'd trade gear for $ or other gear, but once sent by the victim, he never sent anything back.

That could be seen as using game mechanics that do not allow for safe transactions.

Heck, I get your point, but do you get mine? It's getting annoying to see people being fed jail for stuff, and others just running around. Free.
