i disagree, if they get caught they go to fed jail or the state pen and we have to fork out the money to suport them watching cable tv lifting weights and so forth, :roll:

All Fed Jail inmates should be unequiped of everything moved to downtown, and thier name takes out of the poi. That way they are just things to farm.
