Or just make it to where your gang members can be a normal part of the attacking array. Like they were anyone else outside of your gang. It's not unheard of to spar with a member of your own team.

I got a 36,19,16 in my gang I'm no pushover for my level but I can't handle those 3 well maybe the 36.

You also continuously hear about irl gangs killing their own members, or fighting them for that.

So to be able to attack your own gang-mates would be kind of fun.
