Alright. I went and looked at 'em..I can only wonder how well they do in the hands of a higher level person.

The listing of all npc is based on a comparison of a player stats and theirs. All npc's are listed weak for me except 2 average (balazar and the horvath - wth?!?-) and 2 powerful (ramon wiley and miranda).
