My heart..It's broken..Or is that a heart attack from all the turkey I've supposedly been eating? Or maybe..Yes! That's it! It's the feeling of not caring! It hurts so good, your words. Sad It's a shame you lost again to me, otherwise it might have meant something..

On second thought? No. I still don't care what you say.

I think the whole point of this conversation is to say there are a lot of players who agree that hospitalizing random online players is not a positive contribution to the community.

There is a rule in the disclaimer of the website, #16, that specifically states "Players agree to follow all administrator requests and instructions. " This rule has been there for a very long time. I am sure this is pretty easy to understand. If the administration tells players to cut out some type of activity, we are certainly without our means to ban any player who goes against those instructions. We don't often go to such drastic measures, which is uncommon for these types of games. But we have used this rule to ban players in the past.

I feel the "I am playing within the rules of the game" excuse is valid to a point. Yes they are just doing what the code allows. However, it wasn't our intention for a player to log in with the intent to destroy what we have built. This is what I feel is happening.

While I may not be correct in stating certain players are trying to chase off players as payback for punishments we have handed out in the past, I certainly feel this is what going on.

As an owner of a business, I have the right to prevent others from playing if I feel they are trying to negatively impact it. I also have the right to refuse to continue doing business with anyone I no longer want to do business with. Yes it is a free game, but it's my business.

With that stated, consider this post an official warning. If this behavior continues, we are within our rights to prevent access to the game for those in violation.

too vague. specify what behavior you want to stop and post it in the rules. on the 8th page of a random forum post isn't good enough.

i don't want to end up getting fed jailed for something i'm not clearly aware of

actually the point was that you have no idea what your talking about when it comes to the newbieshield... and that is still true... you have a misconception of why it came about... or why itwas dormant for the most part for months.
