I loaned him cash for his bungalow.He bought the bungalow.I thought my cash was safe.I asked him to pay me on christmas day.He mailed me 7/8 days ago and told me he sold the house,bought credits,used them for endurance and basically the cash was spunked up the wall.

Now he is fed jailed how do I recoup my cash?
