The idea was if you were mugged and were encumbered, you'd have 1 item in your inventory taken at random (that wasn't equipped).

i actually liked taht idea of stealing from someone's inventory, haha. couldve nabbed an extra T-450 or AL203/SiC hahaha

If your using that to encumber yourself, you are doing it wrong. Stims or a EM-1 belt would be more likely there to be stolen.
