Equipped with a negatively-charged stun sensor at the top of the blade, this weapon creates an additional shock effect when a successful hit is scored. While a rarity among melee axes, the Sohei Ono is actually intended for agriculture and labor. Sohei monks however adapted to using them with great skill. Current versions of the weapon work around its weaknesses by strengthening and lightening the entire 4-foot weapon by using titanium. Broyles Inc has added an ionization charge to the blade to defeat many armors.

what about ionized axe vs ionized katana?

with the katana my highest crit is like 530 or something.
cant remember what the highest crit i had with an ionized, but i was 2 levels lower so probably 500.

i noticed the axe would hit 4-5/20 rounds while the katana will hit at least 50% of the time against an enemy NEAR your level, with one huge crit at the beginign and end of the battles.

does anyone know anyore about these weapons?
or am i completely wrong lol

Ionized axe must be able to get a crit hit of way more though. I need to update my signature since I have a new wep and a higher number, but my sig shows my highest crit hit when I had an electric axe.

Well the Ionized seems to fit the stats better for most high level players..

Who the hell has the stats needed for that Ono?
