correct me if I am wrong but I think there is people with at least 90 failed busts on them.

My highest recorded failed attempts on a single imprisonment is on around 60-65

what's weird is that they all get caught..none of them failsl without being caught by the cops

Yep, just one jail time there. It was one of those long sentences you get after you attack and stalemate someone.
