I think there should be a SLIGHT AP increase while in jail. Everyone gets 1 every 5 min?

i like Mr 666666 being in jail.. means i'm never alone when i'm there.. lol



(edit after re-think)

could we not petition the govenor for clemency for Mr 666666.. or maybe a lil graphic of him sewing mail bags or busting rocks as a warning to us all!!
