the higher levels (and i'm saying the really high levels only) could increase cash flow...something that will bring in new cash/credits as well as just making money change hands more.


Ill go along with it but in a completely different manner. First start having max levels for districts (keeps all the 60 and 70 out of downtown and maybe industrial) then put the store in either of those places now we reverse the cash flow instead of all us lower levels paying whatever insane overpriced "fee" for using your ability, you guys have to pay lower players with your "overwhelming amount of wealth."
Helps us out with basic monetary problems helps you out so you guys can go ape s*** on each other for as long as you want

dont we all have multis (remember you posted a ~game~ about yours) or access to multis already... not that big a deal unless your an admin. but then again we dont really have any.
