I feel like he means,with most active gangs just wanting to train their stats, no one wants to be involved in any real conflict. Since there's not really anyone but us in the forums, no one is there to answer the call to action against a super gang.

You remember how it was with SV Val and Hab. There were still gangs with the will to actually risk failure to fight.

As fsr as super gangs ruining the game. Thats been the excuse for ages. But really the motivated people end up gravitating towards gangs that fit their goals. If i wanted to only train stats and never do anything with them i would never have left habitat
