I just recently pushed my endurance up 250 points to hit the next level, however my trains are actually lower on average.

I was doing 208 dev points per full train, and now I am averaging 205.

The swings are wider, whereas before I was +/- 3 dev points, but now its +/- 6.

Ideas?

Happiness is not on full?
Or humanity is lower cause you have borgs?

Happiness is always full, and no new borgs, although borgs wouldn't affect full happiness trains, just the rate your happiness refreshes due to lost humanity

@OP: Yes I have actually experienced this sometimes, though never bothered to actually write down data, I've visually noticed it. Then I just got used to the "nerfed" rates and didn't care anymore lol

All I can think of is the extra energy from the level up might push your happiness a little farther down each train. More energy bigger happiness loss.
