it was belonging to a player, Jaysin, who took out a loan way over his head and started scaming people in a weak attempt to get right with the respectable players who loaned him. eventually he got himself banned and the z axe was undone for some reason to to make creds to pay back some people. this is how i understand it. it wasnt cypher it was back when zenith was still around alot and Err was an admin too.

im sure there are other who could give better details as i was barely active during most of this
