I have been training crit resistance for 130 hours, and it has been the 4th skill down in the list. All of a sudden yesterday it is the third in the list, and it caused me to train the wrong skill when I was on my phone. Why does this randomly reorder itself? Same this applies on the mobile site, and this has happened another time as well.

Did the % you had trained pass another skill..??
I'm pretty sure they are ordered by highest rank / %.


Ignore that i just tested it by doing 2 hours of armour handling and it never moved !!

The one I am training is at the same level as the one it passed, but had been behind it until about hour 125 hours into it or so, then it suddenly passed it. The one I passed had 0 hours trained before I had the misclick. What you say would make sense had it happened as soon as I trained an hour.
