Anyone get instructions on how to do this? Ive been trying for the past hour and cant figure it out.

He is saying the Gen jumped into an inactive gang on Dec 1st. It is not in the newspaper that you can do that. Orion is wondering why the Gen was allowed.

Edit: Problem with anyone being able to do this is how many would apply to Diss and try to take over the fort?

Maybe he joined and then someone else quit? Why would you want to leave us anyway, I didn't think sharing a room with GQ was that bad...

This is what he told me when i asked him but the "player movement" on that gang is fucked up, it only shows 2 people joining and one left. Yet there are 3 people in it..!!
