Energy required to enroll in a course?

Was hoping to enroll in it (I have every other course completed) but it always says I do not have the energy to enroll in this course at this time.

How much energy does it take to sign up for a class?

As I vaguely recall, the last course takes 50 energy (level 20). Someone correct me if I'm wrong.
