That's what I used to do; for months, all I did was Ponzi Schemes. However, I had a discussion with Johnny (I think that it was him, at least), and I realized that that's not the best idea.

That's an average of $862.23 per crime and 8.20 minutes/attempt. Further, I gain $37.49/AP spent.
Compare this to Ponzi Schemes:

Ponzi Scheme 832 50 987 84.3 % $997,086 $1,010.22 5,480 12,180
That's an average of $1004.29 per crime and 10.01 minutes/attempt. Further, I gain $37.19/AP spent.
Now, the difference may not seem noticeable at a single AP level, but, considering that I spent 28,334 AP on crimes last month, the difference becomes much more significant:
Ponzi Scheme:
$1,053,911.69 cash and 10505 minutes
Insurance Fraud:
$1,062,189.59 cash and 10105 minutes.
So, for no additional effort, I gain 10k and lose 400 jail minutes. Not an earthshattering amount, but still, nice to get for free.
