It was for me too, when I asked myself that question the first time! I actually had all those requirements covered before they were introduced on the armors.

This is creating two different new AL ''Species'' or social casts.

There always were humans and borgs, melee and range.

And now scholars and skilled ALers.

Even tough you do both, there's a ratio. Somewhere in the game, something recorded numbers showing you doing one or the other more.

I do both skills (4 trains) and career (4 trains) per day. May take me a hell of a lot longer to get my education skills, but I get the criming money to upgrade my endurance for sure.[/b]
