Well, I can say that SOME people actually do bust others from the goodness oftheir heart. I was busted by very high level players when I was a low LVL2 and LVL 3 newb(and not a LVL 16 newb like now HEHE). Was busted by elders and Chief and Night whereas they could have committed a crime and made more XPs from it.
Shoot, I have busted players below LVL 5 with 20 minutes or less time on their sentences. I had players bust me so I could enjoy the game instead of sitting in the clink 50%+ of the time back then so why not return the favor? If I was going to only bust high players with lots of time for XP and Pantheon listings I would be far higher up there in the rankings then I am. I even just busted a LVL 3 before coming to the forum.
Sometimes it is good to help your fellow players, right?????
