Full heal stims

It's not bad of an idea.

How about instead of predefine the amount of recovered HP, we will use a % instead.


With a variety of player, Percentage works around player with all different level equally.

Something like this.

a small stim heal. - 33% of the total health when stim out.
a large stim heal- - 66%
a Mega stim heal - 90%
