I locked it because my post was buried and I had several people mail me in-game to complain about me not responding to it. It's fine to start another topic.

That's when you reply to them and tell them to 'open their eyes and actually read.' You know. Make them understand that your post was in there? Rather than lock the topic because people are numb in the mind.
