If we should ban people for necro'ing a thread, then how about anytime someone takes a thread off topic they are banned for a bit. Maybe there was something in a thread that they wanted to bring back to the surface because it applied now. Who knows, but then maybe it was just to upset people. Did it work? Yup.
Can we also ban ppl who make stupid annoying polls just to see how many MORE ppl they can pissoff, than the dillholes who revived the old threads?
