I honestly think it's common sense, she shouldn't need to post a reason. It would make the credit market obsolete + about ten other reasons. Just think if you could send creds(instead of $$) to an offline person w/o fear of them being mugged. There are tons of reasons to set up the game the way it is. As I posted earlier, there are ways around it, so I don't know why it keeps coming up.
