This is a good point.

I didn't say I had it figured out, just an idea. I'm just trying to remedy the clear monopoly SV(mainly Pun and Cheetah) have in the game which makes people not want to participate against them. The issue isn't SV as a whole, it's the fact that they have both of the strongest players in the game that can beat everyone at all times. Not to mention they have 9 other people over level 40 to worry about...

I need to go on the record and say we need higher hosp times. No hosp should be less than 200 minutes, IMO and zerks should be for more than that.

But here's the issue. Who do you pay? Rj or Howl. What gangs are they in? RJ-SV and Howl might as well still be in SV since she's clearly still in bed with you all. So we're back with our hands tied with no retribution against SV. The only hope is that both you and Cheetah go offline and Ush comes online. Again, I understand this is part of the game but you both could drop out of SV, drop $1000 and hosp all of AL for days by yourselves. My idea doesn't limit who you can individually beat, just keeps you from hosping an entire gang, solely at all times.

Would make for more interesting Hosp wars. I find times are just higher when i hit people closer to my power level.
