However, everyone needs to be explicitly clear that it is one. One thing you guys don't really take into account is that this is Zen and Err's livelihood. This is their job.

If even one person thought that they treated their customers like that and didn't donate because of it would literally cost them income.

Not everyone is as smart as (some) of the people on here.
