yes...if we do a "leave" war...then any HOSP would disqualify. if somehow on accident, then sending stims may make things right.
no declaring war - just hit gangs involved.
yes - gangs just post / email when they quit.
scores on most leaves would require Zen's help. i like the idea, but havnt gotten that far yet.

so, we have a few takers so far. need message from the Pres of each gang if they want in. im thinking in two weeks from now if we do it. starting sat. at 8am.
SV hasnt mentioned any interest yet anyway. it may make for more fun or more entries if SV isnt involved though.
