No one should be able to level up in one go but I think that as long as the formula is strongly tied to your abilities it shouldn't be an issue....If a person's got the skills...I don't think they should be held back by their level. The Combat system has already made a huge shift away from a level orientation and it should be the same with jail busts. I know a lot of ppl were in the clink before Zen blocked the higher crimes but I still think some adjustments should be made to the calculation of who you can bust. If it gets to the point that your skills allow you to bust a guy and gain a level...maybe you should already be at that level. As long as the numbers are reasonable it should be fine.

Maybe we could have a warning if their chances are low, that said "this bust is going to be really really hard...do you still want to continue"...or if they have no chance....the usual you can't do it msg.
