I am like Scorpius, I bust people out for who they are. If I see helpful people in jail then have no doubt I will be more than willing to use my AP to bust them out. There are some people who are very high on my bust out list, Scorpius being right after my own gang. I don't do it for the exp most of the time, I do it just for the sake of getting people out so they can play the game. No one wants to sit in jail and eat that terrible food with Bubba eying them lol.
