I have to admit I believe in this too. However, I give the benefit of the doubt the first time just in case they were offline or AFK and had many attempts and skipped me in cases of higher jail times and said many attempts to bust them by others. A second time and I debate whether or not I will do it again. A third most definitely gets off my list.

However, I have made exceptions for good friends if they forgot. Like I mentioned higher jail times with many attempts can always end up skipping one or two.
