I disagree.It would make tickhunting more of a challenge and get you talking to gang mates about where they are etc.It would also give the one being tickhunted that little bit of time to avoid a hit.If you know who is after your balls that is.I could see the frustration would be there but it would be more practical and add an element of gameplay and tactics.Its no fun if your being hunted so this would add some spice.Taking down a target should be harder than just click click click.Buses or trains or whatever we travel by don't run by light speed and nor should the game.

You can also get End the same way but it can be bought with credits...with no disrespect, I wasn't talking about working to bulid that stat...I was talking about placing it in the donator house like end. and int.
