Humanity (Of it all)

Eh. I never wanted implants. It thought I'd be the most natural person around..But I was dead wrong. XD I don't care, though..This gang is about long-term commitment, and my stats are decent, now..So, I think I'm in the clear, as far as humanity goes(Thank God for 9.7).

As for donators 'needing things, otherwise they'll quit donating.' Not true. Donators get alot of stuff, as long as we used the credits well..Non-Donators are the ones that need some help, if anyone.

Getting humanity back would be cool, but I'm not paying god-loads of credits into it. Punisher had the right idea. Win a contest, and instead of getting a weapon, ask Zenith for 1.0-2.0- humanity tacked onto your current humanity. That WAS supposed to be the first prize for the first drinking contest, but it got switched up.

no offence but non doners don't pay the bills. Contest prize is a great idea, but if the game takes away it should have options to give back. I'm nearly back to level 5 and will probably not implant any more, the implants I have did the job I wanted them to do when I needed them to do it.

quick question ( a little off topic)

so if i have higher humanity i have better gym gains and hp refresh? lets say 2 level 8 players. both have the same housing, exp, everything. only difference is the 1st player is only 50 days old while the other is like 300 days old. assuming the latter has more humanity. theoretically, the latter player should have better gym gains and higher hp refresh right?

*edited post below me has a pretty good point..

The game's "rules" stated clearly that "Humanity lost can never be recovered, and currently the chop shop does not perform removals"..and "Humanity is the measure of one's wholeness of body. When a player elects to trade their natural body for cybernetic enhancements, they are permanently losing a part of themselves."

You choosed to play by the rules when you joined the game. This is how the game works at the moment, and you are frustrated for the "wrong" decision you took back then, but you should not be anymore. Zen said some time ago that the game is "slow paced" so you have to play for longer to see the benefits.

Did you talk to anyone when you decided to buy implants? i think there were some players who could have advised you.

sure but change doesn't come with out some one first saying"hey I'd like a change" As I stated I'm nearly back to level 5 humanity and my gym training is now going nicely. Thing is if you donate to upgrade, why should there not be an option to donate to upgrade humanity too? How about letting doners buy 1 point, and only 1 point. Make it super expesive, but at least give the option. make it open to every one, that way even the pure Humans have benifit.

and the void will get even bigger between donators and non-donators so less people will stick around to play who could have become donators because they will feel whats the point they will never be about to get even close to a donator.

I chose to stay full human because I read what the chopshop said and felt it would pay of for me in the future, at the min im getting my ass handed to me by people who have got cybers and therefor have a boost to there stats over me, but im hoping that it will even out as time goes on, why should I be punished because someone paid to get a cyber then did not like there gym gains and was able to get there Humanity back and still have there cyber how is that fair to someone who is full human.

Sounds like you want your cake and eat it as the saying goes

did you read my last post?
It's not about punishing. If your getting punished you must have done somthing. If your getting attacked for points while you are offline you are doing the right thing because you are woth Points. I have some one who attacks me 4 or 5 times a day for points.
My point on this is and reamians that there should be an option to buy 1 (or more) points of humanity. Nearly every thing else can be bought.

That's a stupid saying. Who gets cake, but doesn't eat the thing? XD I like my humanity.. :> But I wouldn't mind getting a boost. Perhaps Zenith will give us all a 1 point Humanity boost for AL's 5th birthday. XD

LMAO I never made it up, it means you want to eat all the cake but never loss any of the cake.

Im not talking about being farmed or being punished by other players in game im talking about people the same level as me have took the cyber path so they have a boost to there stats right away without having to train, yes there trains will be a bit less than me but they have got there extra stat in about 400 mins, (which will even go down with careers) I have to train mine up, I read the cybershop and made the choice to stay full human, yes I knew I would fall behind people who when cyber but I also know in the long run it should balance out.

What your talking about means that cybers still have all there strengths and losses its main weakness were is the balance there.

there are ppl lower level then I am (and pure human) that beat me for great points. i think the cyber players that win over you at the same level you are at are putting in the over time at the gym.
