How are you so informed on what I do or do not know. In my previous post I simply stated it was a vigilante group with a funny name, nothing more nothing less.

playajam Wrote:too vague. specify what behavior you want to stop and post it in the rules. on the 8th page of a random forum post isn't good enough.

i don't want to end up getting fed jailed for something i'm not clearly aware of

Now...I'm not Zen, but I'm thinking, just maybe, that she stated this behavior. I'm not sure where, maybe in her first sentence or something.

Well you've clearly checked it, since you've commented on it...so no cries of "but I didn't know", when it happens to you.....

heheheheh this has got to be one of the funniest message board posts I've ever seen.

Someone has a serious issue with delineating reality and fantasy.

I hope that keeping me and other victims of the law (again, I've still never hosped anyone, see page 5 or 6 - verified) in the hospital requires you to donate over and over and over again.

Straighten out your wizard hat. It's getting bent and dirty.

I never said I was... I said I would be surprised if you knew... and I may have been overly defensive... I thought you were one of the group that pretends to know the first thing about the newbshield.. and yes it is a pretty silly ars name.

Read it very slowly a few times and you will see it is not the least bit vague. I mean she pretty much spelled it out for you.

I think the whole point of this conversation is to say there are a lot of players who agree that hospitalizing random online players is not a positive contribution to the community.

...what constitutes random hospitalization. my hospitalizations are targeted. not random

There is a rule in the disclaimer of the website, #16, that specifically states "Players agree to follow all administrator requests and instructions. " This rule has been there for a very long time. I am sure this is pretty easy to understand. If the administration tells players to cut out some type of activity, we are certainly without our means to ban any player who goes against those instructions. We don't often go to such drastic measures, which is uncommon for these types of games. But we have used this rule to ban players in the past.

....ok, so this means zenith will inform each player they are taking it too far before any disciplinary action? again, please clarify

I feel the "I am playing within the rules of the game" excuse is valid to a point. Yes they are just doing what the code allows. However, it wasn't our intention for a player to log in with the intent to destroy what we have built. This is what I feel is happening.

....this is quite subjective. i'm not trying to destroy this game.

While I may not be correct in stating certain players are trying to chase off players as payback for punishments we have handed out in the past, I certainly feel this is what going on.

As an owner of a business, I have the right to prevent others from playing if I feel they are trying to negatively impact it. I also have the right to refuse to continue doing business with anyone I no longer want to do business with. Yes it is a free game, but it's my business.

....good, i hope you pay taxes

With that stated, consider this post an official warning. If this behavior continues, we are within our rights to prevent access to the game for those in violation.

....clarify the behavior
