OK, maybe a noob question here, but how can u higher lvls have .3? Weapons and armour only get heavier. Or do you not wear everything all the time and keep it in storage?

Yeah. My armor is 15 Kg less than the B4C..And if I had the Nodachi, my encumbrance would be even lower. .17, I think it was when I didn't have stims and had the nodachi.
