FF rules over IE8. I was a big fan of FF until a few weeks ago when I finally moved up to Chrome. Its much better all around and faster. Never tried incognito as a proxy. Only to surf porn. In the description it doesnt say anything about it being a proxy. I use several different proxy sites for that.

I have both FF and Chrome, I usually stick with FF for everything, Chrome is a very nice, simple browser. Though, like Brug, I've never done anything with Incognito, but I may start using Chrome more frequently now.
