Its base price times the level you are on.
Example.
A cyber part cost 150k at the tier 1 Borg.
Tier 5 of that same piece will be 750k.
Humanity cost is the same all the way up

No doubt man. Just to put my two cents in as well if you ate going to Borg early go with the expensive ones. After a certain point the humanity loss won't mean as much. and stay far away from Res Borgs for awhile the skew your power level pretty bad.
