No, the Halloween candies are not able to be sold, same as last year.

If I remember though stims and such are just regular items once they are retrieved and can be used or sold?

You remember correctly. All the regular items can be retrieved and sold. Just not the candies themselves.

I'm 20 and no work till Wednesday
