No way...and my reason is because players like Onward...this guys was getting twice as much exp off the same targets as i was.
I struggle to find a target that gives over 325exp.

This. As one of the chief offenders, I can say that the exp system is out of wack. IMO, dnbrocks idea isn't bad, but there is the more pressing issue of the entire exp scaling.
