Thanks. I was unsure, as his 'duties' is 'NPC Beach Bum', so I didn't know if he permanently resided at the beach.

i think that's done strictly by level in comparison to the npcs level.

maybe it would be better based on a comparison to stats, since they arent shown as levels...
