Bad idea indeed.
Plus, those other games that have sitters, even if the rule isn't applied much state that you must be offline for a minimum of 3 days for your sitter to play for you. But every1 was logging for each other everyday.
That would kill the essence of AL IMO.

Games with sitters always end up with the original player disappearing for good then other players have multiple accounts.
The idea breaks numerous established AL rules. Just learn to take a break.
