they're right. when you think about it...
(income is based on a 20k/day income)
Humanity Cost: 0.85 = 85 days.
Price: $75,000 = about 4 avg days to get.
Humanity Cost: 0.45 = 45 days
Price: $350,000 = about 18 days
cheap cybers = 89 days set back.
Expensive cybers = 63 days set back.
i think that's about right, unless im missing something.

Yes....some you can get up to 12 times but the price jumps every time...

Humanity cost is the same,
whether its .65, .45, whatever,
the humanity cost with each type of borg remains the same,
whether upgraded once, or maxed,
(to clarify, a .45 cost borg will take .45 per upgrade level)
but the cost will never increase over base,
however,
the cost in money will increase quite a bit,
for example,
I have 2 levels in one of the top-tier borgs,
currently,
to increase it to lvl 3 would cost 1,050,000$,
money gets high,
but the humanity saved is priceless
