Punisher has gotten me out a few times. Another guy who can do it when he is working that career is the gent 16422

Correction to this post.
Medics can reduce borg healing times, im a rank 6 and only just realised i can heal myself. Not sure about other gang members yet, i will find out when i increase my rank.
But for sure medics cant heal outside their own gang.
