um, if that was really a question people were posing then obviously some people are going to be too inept for any contest you hold. therefore, either do away with contests or state your rules and be done with it. the rules stated in all three contests were clear.

They pretty much already have the cash on them. I will add some cash to random inactives prior to the contest however just to make it more interesting, but I don't really have to add much considering the combined wealth of inactives is pretty high (cash in pockets that is).
