So what? Then why would a small gang even continue to play AL? Most bigger gangs are not going to spend millions and millions of dollars to open up slots for the lower lvl people. They (the small gangs) will never get ahead enough to matter, its hard enough for them now. We do need something new for wars but a lot of people feel this isnt it.
Im not saying its a bad idea, just not the right one right now.

just because you can dropkick most players dosen't mean your right ... take a look around you ... if there was only 5 gangs in the game ..... how much fun would that be ... think 1st don't make a donkey out of yourself .... this game would DIE!

The implementation of these weapons would not be the end of the game , stupid.
It would progress as usual, players will train the skills, hire themselves out, smaller gang's will "get them" regardless of what you say.
