Hrm? Unless my understanding of gym trains is off, training 110 EP at full happiness is the same as training 1EP 110 times starting at full happiness. Going from 108 to 110 EP AFAIK would yield slightly better trains as you would train the last 2 EP at the equivalent of whatever your happiness would have been after training 108 EP
also, I am basing these numbers off of a week of training @ lvl 50 before getting my endu up.
False.
The less energy trained the better the results.
True. while its hard to read, your second statement is in line with what I was saying.
even numbers being using for the sake of math
100 EP, 1000 happiness, 3 happiness lost per EP.
1 EP 1000 HAP
1 EP 997 HAP
1 EP 994 HAP
this would continue till you had no energy left and 700 happiness left. If you trained the 100 EP, whether 1 at a time or all 100, you would end up with roughly the same happiness left (roughly because randomlands) and the individually training 100 EP would average out to be the same total dev points gained as if you had trained 100 EP in one shot. When you train 100 EP, the server calculates it the same as (100) 1 EP trains
If you trained each point individually, It would look like the trains would be better as you would be seeing the first trains as a much higher ratio than your average because you are seeing each result individually. Halfway through your EP, you would be at your normal average ratio. By the time you got to the last bits of your EP, you would be well below your average ratio. ( ratio meaning EP used to dev points gained)
After leveling, starting with 102 energy, the first 100 EP would work the same as above. But now you have 2 more EP to play with, which would increase your total dev points slightly.
This is why bots were so good to use, you could train just enough EP every refresh to keep your happiness 100% next refresh, with a considerable bonus to dev points., and train 24/7. If I could train 288 times a day I could pull in excess of 10k dev points a day, training 17 EP every 5 minutes.

Just tested this with 10 trains @ 17 EP each in Acc, Dec, and Str, which have 3, 1 , and 0 borgs respectively for me. All of them from full HAP, and all of them were within the same 33.3 to 33.9 for me. The average for each of the 10 trains were within .2 of each other, and a 1% spread is well within the norms of randomlands.
