No. the plus stats you get from the new helmets outweigh the benefit of less weight
I'm gonna call it at worth no more then 250k maybe a little bit more depending on how much lighter it is then the b4c helmet but i'm pretty sure it was made to be stronger then sic not as strong as b4c and the b4c retails at 250k you can probably find one for 150k if you look
