Probably already know this but it's a good pvp but terrible hide out weapon.

I think if you've already invested the time upping your axe skill and have decent stats for the weapon, it is worth using the Bardiche as your PvP and having another for hideouts.

Probably another axe, unless you want to invest more time in different skills.

well i have a skill rank of 2 in shotgun and 2 in axe but which is better in hideout attacks

In the short term I'd say axe is better, but if you plan on donating and being able to equip the better shotguns, I think those might be better for hideouts, not sure though as I've stuck with melee.
