i still don't buy it. i, personally, have much better odds of beating someone matching my stats equipping both armor and belt. maybe not resisting as much per hit (never really paid attention) but as far as winning the fight goes. if you're talking about younger player (equipping belt) v younger player (not equipping), i'd say you might have a point. otherwise, it's just a stronger shielding to compensate for stronger players now that didn't exist before.

what i'm talking about with armor handling skill is this:

lets say your enemy does 1000 dmg and your resistance makes you resist 10% of the damage, thats a 100 dmg resistance, so he does 900 dmg to you

with armor handling, a base % or a base # is chunked off the top before the resistance plays

so lets say he hits for 1000 dmg, but your armor handling automatically reduces it to 850, so when you do 10% of resistance, you only resist 85.

to me thats annoying b/c i resist less than before, even though i'm technically taking less damage... LAME!!
